Yvonne Vendrig wurde in Utrecht, Holland, geboren.

Sie studierte Musik und Klassichen Tanz am Conservatorium der Musikhochschule in den Haag.

Sie war Solistin am "Het Nationale Ballet Amsterdam" und an der Deutschen Oper in Düsseldorf. Als Gastsolistin war sie an der Deutschen Oper Berlin und der Komischen Oper Berlin tätig.

Von 1969 bis 1980 gastierte sie mit Rudolf Nureyev weltweit.

Chizu Kimura was born in Japan, trained at the Legat school of Dance and London Studio Centre in England, where she danced in works from Wayne Sleep, Cathy Marston and Noel Wallace, before joining the Vienna Festival Ballet in 2002. Moved to Berlin in 2005 and has been working as a freelance dancer, worked in Documenta 12, SETanztheater, Musikakademie Rheinsberg etc, also appeared in the commercial for Sony Ericsson.

The Class starts with a slow warm-up at the Barre leading to more complex combinations in the Center. Focusing on musicality throughout the entire class,  the movements offer a stress-free performance by following the musical phrases and the rhythm.

Sara Jane Reddig My class is a combination of my RAD based training and all I’ve learned during my 23 years as a professional dancer. Throughout my career, I was honoured to work with some of the world’s leading dancers, teachers, and choreographers, and I am proud to pass on my experience in any way I can.

Placement is the key to a strong technique, and I strive to find a balance between controlling one’s “center”, while still maintaining complete freedom of movement.

Whether for professional reasons, for keeping fit, or just purely for pleasure, we are all dancers in the studio, each making a personal contribution and all working for the same goal. I enjoy the team work involved to make the class a success and hope that each dancer feels a sense of achievement and satisfaction for all his invested hard work and effort.

Teaching is a learning process and I never cease to be impressed and surprised by the dancers I meet. I look forward to teach classes at the Center of Dance and hope to make many new contacts.

Frank Bove Received his classical training at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York, and went on to dance principal and soloist roles with the Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Colorado Ballet Companies. As the Director of Virginia Ballet Theatre for 18 years, he was responsible for bringing the work of Agnes De Mille, George Balanchine, Stuart Hodes, Lew Christensen and others into the Company Repertoire, as well as creating over 40 works for the Company.
