Class description: The focus of her class begins at the barre, where we work to build the body efficiently from an anatomical perspective using Pilates principles of flow, generous breathing and core-driven movement. Bringing this into the center, we develop those ideas to focus on dynamic, multi-dimensional, and rhythmical movement withadded energy and individual expression.
